Welcome to our Crypto Giveaway! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how the giveaway works and what rules apply.

1. Organizer

This giveaway is hosted by @bex_official on the X platform (formerly Twitter). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X or its operators.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over who have a public X profile and meet the participation requirements.

• Legal recourse is excluded.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date of this post’s publication and ends on November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, you must complete the following steps:

1. Follow the @bex_official account on X.

2. Repost the pinned giveaway post on the @bex_official account.

5. Requirements for Prize Draw

The prize of 30 USD in Bitcoin will only be awarded if the @bex_official account reaches at least 100 followers by November 10, 2024. If this condition is not met, there will be no prize draw, and the prize will be forfeited.

6. Prize

• The winner will receive 30 USD in Bitcoin.

• The prize will be delivered via a Bitcoin transaction. The winner must have a Bitcoin wallet to receive the prize. Any transaction fees or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly on X within 7 days after the giveaway ends.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

8. Data Privacy

Public X user data (username) will be collected solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. This data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the giveaway is concluded.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for technical issues or platform outages on X that may affect participation in the giveaway.

10. Final Provisions
